• Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Define new technologies and products in collaboration with customers and internal R&D / engineering teams, aligning with Navitas’ overall strategy and target applications in AI data centers and energy & grid infrastructure, to drive business growth and market leadership
• Lead market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new opportunities to influence product roadmap & portfolio priorities and strategic decisions
• Deliver essential marketing assets across the product lifecycle, including key product requirements (product-market fit), value-proposition, positioning and go-to-market (GTM) plans to drive successful product launches and customer adoption
• Develop and execute design-in strategies with key customers / partners, providing pricing guidance and support to accelerate product adoption and drive profitable revenue growth
• Collaborate with R&D, technology validation, reliability engineering, test engineering and project management teams to drive and execute new product initiation (NPI)
• Prepare, review, and/or release technical documentation in coordination with global teams
• Support customers during design-in activities and act as third-level customer support, collaborating with Navitas’ field application engineering (FAE) and sales team
