We are seeking a detail-oriented
to handle patient communications and manage prescription order processing for a growing U.S. healthcare organization. In this role, you will work closely with patients and compounding pharmacies to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely order fulfillment.

Review patient details and prescription data to ensure 100% accuracy before submission.
Communicate professionally with patients via phone, email, or chat regarding order statuses, updates, and administrative questions.
Follow up directly with pharmacies to resolve missing information, delays, or order clarifications.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines while updating patient records.
Collaborate with internal healthcare staff and learn the organization's proprietary platform.
(candidates with closely related compounding pharmacy order-processing experience may be considered).
Direct experience working within the U.S. healthcare system and workflows.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus!).
Strong working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical data privacy.
High attention to detail, strong computer literacy, and a reliable remote work setup (stable internet, computer, quiet workspace).
