• Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the supply chain for fan parts.

• Ensure 100% material availability of metals and other key components as per the production plan.

• Monitor day-to-day supplier performance, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely deliveries.

• Plan and optimize inventory levels and improve inventory turns without compromising production efficiency.

• Identify supply chain risks such as delays, quality issues, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Prepare and present MIS reports highlighting operational adherence, challenges, and corrective action plans.

• Continuously explore and technologically advanced suppliers for current and future needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D, and Production to align supply strategies.

• Desired Candidate Profile:

• Technical Knowledge:  Strong understanding of cost analysis, supplier base management, and overall supply chain processes.

• Skills:  Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Systems:  Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and Power Point.

• Qualifications:  B.E. / http://b.tech/ B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline.
