This role is remote-based and follows Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.

• About This Role:

The Portfolio Marketing Coordinator will support Forrester’s portfolio marketing team in executing impactful communications and marketing initiatives. In this early-career role, the successful candidate will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the teams, manage daily admin tasks, assist in the coordination and delivery of key research and product launch campaigns, and help drive activities that elevate Forrester’s presence across global markets and support our global sales teams.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content coordination, sales asset creation and support, project management, as well as cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, global marketing team.

• Job Description:

• Support the day-to-day management of Forrester’s sales asset platforms, including Seismic and Dovetail.
• Assist with campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting to measure program performance.
• Collaborate with marketing peers to produce and maintain relevant content for target buyers.
• Create and maintain market-facing assets used by sales and customer success.
• Support internal enablement efforts with product, research, and sales enablement.
• Identify trends in asset usage to recognize patterns and pinpoint opportunities for further support.
• Develop customer references, testimonials, and case studies for external and internal use.
• Support the maintenance and deadline management for marketing vendor contracts.

• Job Requirements:

• Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, creative, branding, advertising, product, or portfolio marketing.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• An interest in technology, marketing, and emerging industry trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Basic knowledge and comfort with using AI tools is a must.
