[Pooling] Freelance Bookkeeper

Position: Bookkeeper

• Duties and Responsibilities:

• Track and manage all financial data accurately and efficiently.
• Record and document all transaction details systematically.
• Ensure the accuracy of transaction records, including supplier, customer, and general ledgers.
• Store, organize, and maintain all bookkeeping data for easy access and retrieval.

• Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Xero, or other bookkeeping software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Requirements:

As this is a work-from-home position, please ensure the following:

• Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines.
• A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions.
• An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam and at least 20GB of free storage.
• A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data)

• Note: This position is for pooling candidates. We are building a pool of qualified VAs for upcoming opportunities with our clients. By joining this pool, you will be considered for future roles as they become available.
