- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in Qatar
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers about our innovative pharmaceutical offerings
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective, customer-focused sales strategies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Attend medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows to expand product knowledge and network with industry professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for customers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
- Travel extensively within Qatar to meet with clients and prospects
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and competitor information to management
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent negotiation and sales techniques
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends
- Knowledge of local healthcare systems and regulations in Qatar
- Familiarity with cultural sensitivities in the Middle East region
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Qatar and potentially neighboring countries
