As our Performance Marketing Manager, you'll own paid acquisition end-to-end — strategy, budgets, creatives, bids, and most importantly, the numbers. If CAC creeps up, you'll know why before anyone asks. If a campaign underperforms, you'll have already killed it and tested something new. **What You'll Own** - Full ownership of paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) - Budget allocation and ROAS targets — you set them, you hit them - Audience segmentation, lookalikes, and funnel strategy from awareness to first booking - Weekly performance reporting with clear, actionable next steps — no vanity metrics **Who We're Looking For** - **2–3 years of Performance marketing experience — Web-Based Platforms, companies. Offline or agency background alone won't cut it here.** - Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — not just familiarity - Someone who reads a dashboard the way a trader reads a Bloomberg terminal - Strong instinct for creative-performance fit — you know a winning ad before it runs - Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to move faster — for analysis, copy iteration, and pattern spotting — but never outsources the thinking.
