Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience

in Performance Marketing.

• Hands-on experience managing

Meta Ads

and

Google Ads

campaigns.

• Strong understanding of

Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking

.

• Experience working with

Shopify

and D2C brands is highly preferred.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in

D2C, FMCG, Skincare, Cosmetics, Wellness, or Consumer Brands

• Knowledge of email marketing, remarketing, and customer lifecycle campaigns.
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
• Familiarity with tools such as

Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Canva, and Looker Studio

is an added advantage.
