Payroll Executive – Roles & Responsibilities | Facility Management

• Handle

monthly payroll processing

for employees across multiple sites.

• Verify

attendance, leave, overtime, and salary inputs

.

• Process

PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory deductions

.

• Manage

new joiners, salary revisions, and employee master data

.

• Coordinate with

site HR/Operations teams

for payroll inputs.

• Prepare

payroll MIS and salary reports

using MS Excel.

• Handle

Full & Final Settlement

and payroll-related employee queries.

• Ensure

accurate and timely salary processing

as per company policies.
