Collect payments on time - Advance and pending payments within the required timeline

Achieve target for company's growth

Strictly follow the process and be assertive in communication

Update the progress on a daily basis to the national manager in the morning meet

Maintain good relationship with customers

Raise red flag when there is a default customer
