As an Oracle EPM - Associate 2, you will specialize in providing consulting services for enterprise performance management solutions using Oracle technologies. You will collaborate with clients to assess their performance management needs, design and implement Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
• Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
• Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
• Engaging in business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
• Developing business rules and performance reports to enhance financial planning and analysis processes
• Conducting strategic data analysis to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness
• Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for comprehensive data insights and reporting
• Supporting financial forecasting and planning activities to drive profitability management and growth
• Applying knowledge of regulatory guidelines to validate compliance in financial operations

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
• At least of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
• Utilizing strategic data analysis for financial forecasting and planning
• Applying business process analysis to enhance organizational effectiveness
• Developing performance management software skills for client support
• Excelling in communication and teamwork within fast-paced environments
