Job Description
Learn and support day-to-day operations across OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, reception, billing, and patient services Assist in coordinating patient flow and departmental activities Support implementation and monitoring of SOPs, quality standards, hygiene, and safety protocols Work closely with doctors, nurses, RMOs, and support staff to ensure smooth operations Assist in handling patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery initiatives Participate in daily rounds, audits, and operational reviews Support inventory monitoring and departmental reporting Assist in maintaining operational records and documentation Learn hospital compliance requirements, accreditation standards, and quality processes Support HR-related activities such as attendance tracking, staff coordination, and training programs Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Requirements
MHA, MBA (Healthcare Management), BHA, or related qualification Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of healthcare
