• Summary: The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for the verification of all monies through the Liquidation Department, including loading and unloading cash collection equipment and managing bank deposits. This role also assists in maintaining proper inventory of Toll Maintenance equipment an and return authorizations at ITR facilities
• Relationships: - Personal work relationships are with the immediate supervisor, the Liquidation team and Toll Maintenance department.

• Works closely with all departments within Toll Operations and Finance

• Responsibilities: - Performs all tasks safely, complies with all internal and external safety requirements, supports ITRCC safety culture, attends all safety training, and completes all compliance training as required by ITRCC.

• Uphold ITRCC’s core values: Community, Actions, Reliability, Excellence and Safety (CARES).
• Counts money from ATPM and Toll Collector deposits.
• Fills equipment used to give change to patrons from Automatic Toll Payment Machine (ATPM).
• Fills out paperwork and money bags program after each shift has ended.
• Completes change orders for plazas.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Performs and maintains proper inventory levels for Toll Maintenance equipment.
• Completes and monitors Return Authorizations for Toll Maintenance.
• Coordinates with warehouse for shipments in and out in regards to Toll Maintenance equipment.
• All other duties as assigned

• Qualifications: - High school diploma/ GED

• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Excel)

Desirable Experience:

• 1 - 3 years

• This position requires: (Frequent est. 5 hrs per shift)

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Frequent talking and hearing
• Constant repetitive motions and eye/hand/food coordination
• Light physical effort and medium work
• Heavy computer usage
