Operations Support - Crops

Premier Companies is partnering with local schools to give high school students meaningful, hands-on experience in plant operations. In this work-based learning role, you will support customers, assist with plant upkeep, help maintain safe and organized work areas, and learn from experienced team members while continuing your education.

CDL Career Pathway

This position begins as a non-driving opportunity. Participating students will also take CDL classes through and provided by their high school, helping them prepare to become eligible for driving responsibilities after they successfully obtain their CDL and meet all applicable company, age, legal, and insurance requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Follow all safety guidelines and programs established by Premier Companies.
• Assist with requested maintenance of the branch plant, equipment, products, and inventory under appropriate supervision.
• Help keep indoor and outdoor work areas clean, orderly, and ready for daily operations.
• Support customers and promote the business in a positive, professional manner.
• Communicate operational, customer, vendor, or workplace concerns to the Branch Manager or assigned supervisor.
• Provide occasional support to the office and assist with other tasks as needed.
