The Air Import Supervisor is responsible for managing end-to-end air import operations, ensuring timely shipment processing, accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service through effective coordination with airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate end-to-end Air Import shipments.
Review and process import documentation including AWB, invoices, and shipment records.
Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, and transport providers for timely shipment clearance and delivery.
Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with import regulations, SOPs, and customer requirements.
Handle shipment exceptions and support issue resolution.
Maintain operational records and support billing activities.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
4–8 years of experience in Air Import operations within Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
Knowledge of Air Import processes and documentation.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Customer-focused with good problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and freight management systems.
High degree of confidentiality and compliance is a pre-requisite.
