Let’s Talk about the Role
The Operations Performance Manager will lead regional cost and cash management while spearheading the integration of AI-driven analytics to transform our operational performance.
You will act as a senior leader within our Europe Services organization, influencing cross-functional teams to improve service margins and operational accuracy. By combining financial discipline with digital innovation, you will ensure our projects remain cost-effective while pioneering the use of intelligent agents to automate and enhance our data-driven decision-making processes.
How You Will Make a Difference

Driving
rigorous cost management across major operational pillars, including outage and capital parts costs.
Leading
the regional strategy to minimize CSA margin erosion, driving cost and cash discipline and accountability by embedding standard work routines into daily operations
Supporting
the regional team interaction with the Global PFM CoE and Accenture to reach the cash KPI targets

Creating
and maintaining advanced KPI dashboards that provide operational leaders with real-time, actionable intelligence.
Collaborating
with ITR teams, PRMs and OFS to identify performance variances and implement effective and timely corrective action plans.
Developing
and deploying AI-powered agents to automate complex data collection and analysis, reducing manual effort and improving reporting quality.
Improving
operational efficiency by promoting a data-first culture and upskilling team members in digital and AI adoption.
Special Role Requirements
- Ability to travel across European sub-regions as required.
Skills for Success
You should be a strategic operational leader who bridges the gap between standard works and digital innovation, with:
The capability to influence and build strong networks across a diverse, matrixed organization.
An understanding of Gas Power service offerings, including field services, parts, repairs, and outage execution.
The ability to translate complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership.
Expertise in cost management, financial governance or operational controlling within a project-based environment.
A keen interest in leveraging generative AI and machine learning tools to solve business challenges.
A formal Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience are essential, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Base salary:
The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale, which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.
Pensione Integrativa (Cometa)
: Tutti i livelli sono eligibili, ad eccezione dei dirigenti
- Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2% (2,2% se under 35)
- Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%
- Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.
Pension Fund (Cometa):
All levels are eligible, except executives (dirigenti)
- Employer Contribution: 2% (2.2% if under 35)
