Responsibilities:

Organising and monitoring storage and distribution of goods at multiple warehouses Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services Directing, optimising, and coordinating full order cycle Liaising and negotiating with customers, transporters and other parties Working responsibly for the overall supply chain management Act as a liaison between the client and onsite warehouse team to ensure smooth operations Provide timely support and solutions to client queries and requests Coordinate daily activities and updates with internal teams and stakeholders Assist in the documentation and reporting related to warehousing functions Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism in all interactions
