Job Description
Operation Executive- Experience in health sector
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to the patient/family.
- Ensuring update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data.
- Handling Daily operations concerning fulfilment Processes.
- Database Management of Patient data and their reports regularly.
- Should assist patients in scheduling appointments with specialists, consultants etc.
- Should conduct follow-up calls with the patient.
- To deal with patient and their family on phone according to sales lead.
