Online Bidding Intern

Location: Pune Internship Type: Full Time Duration: 3 months Stipend: 8000 Reporting To: Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

Search and identify suitable projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc. Draft and submit customized proposals to potential clients under supervision. Maintain and update bidding records and track the status of proposals. Assist in creating pitch decks and client communication templates. Learn and implement best practices for client communication and proposal writing. Coordinate with project and technical teams to understand offerings. Report daily bidding activities and leads to the business development manager.

Requirements

Current student or recent graduate/Post Graduate in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication

skills

in English. Basic understanding of freelance platforms and online marketplaces. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
