Job Description: Lead QA Engineer

We
are in search of a skilled and motivated Lead QA Engineer with a robust
background in testing, automation, and team leadership. If you're enthusiastic
about shaping quality assurance strategies and have a proven track record of success
in both UI and API testing for web applications, we invite you to join our
team.

• Key Requirements: Experience:

·       8
years of comprehensive testing experience, with a strong focus on Automation
Testing for a minimum of 5 years.

·       Proven
leadership experience in guiding and mentoring QA Engineers.

• Technical Skills:

·       Proficiency in C# / Java, with additional experience in
Playwright considered a significant advantage.

·       Strong
command of MS SQL, with expertise in robust database testing.

• Test Automation Mastery:

·       Demonstrated
expertise in automating tests for UI-based web applications.

·       Familiarity
with test automation frameworks such as Playwright or similar tools.

·       Competence
in both UI Testing and API Testing.

• Documentation and Defect
  Management:

·       Proven
ability to create detailed Test Cases and Test Plans.

·       Adept
at creating, managing, and triaging defects with a keen eye for detail.

·       Proficient
in using JIRA for efficient issue tracking and project management.

• Leadership and Communication:

·       Strong
communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of handling
signoffs and effectively mitigating risks.

·       Proactive
in identifying defects in requirements, managing QA schedules, and overseeing
resolution, user acceptance testing, deployments, hotfixes, and database
testing.

• Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s
degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·       Proven
experience as a Lead QA Engineer, showcasing effective leadership and
mentorship skills.

·       Detail-oriented
with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

·       Proven
ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Preferred Qualifications:

·       Familiarity
with Playwright for enhanced testing capabilities.

·       Certification
in testing or related fields.
