is seeking a full-time Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (103/104 PMHNP) to provide high-quality psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning for a diverse client population.
This role is designed to offer clinicians predictability and meaningful earning potential through a structured productivity model. PMHNPs are supported by SonderMind’s care coordination, technology platform, and operational infrastructure, allowing them to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care.
provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and SonderMind standards.
manage and monitor medications, assess treatment progress, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation for all client encounters in accordance with company, legal, and payer requirements.
collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and other providers to ensure a seamless and integrated care experience for clients.
maintain a consistent schedule and meet baseline expectations for completed clinical encounters, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through productivity-based incentives.
This role operates under SonderMind’s Clinical Productivity Bonus Plan, which provides transparency and flexibility in clinician earnings.
PMHNPs are hired at a guaranteed base salary
Each role includes a defined baseline expectation of completed clinical encounters per pay period
After meeting baseline expectations, clinicians may earn additional compensation per completed session
The model is designed to reward productivity while maintaining sustainable workloads and consistent client access to care
All administrative responsibilities—including documentation, care coordination, and internal collaboration—are included within the base salary
PMHNP with active, unrestricted license in applicable state(s)
Must have 103 or 104 designation
Board-certified or board-eligible
Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation
Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment
Interest in a structured, productivity-based compensation model
Compensation for this role includes a guaranteed base salary starting at $140,000 per year, plus productivity-based incentives, designed to provide both stability and earning upside. As part of SonderMind’s commitment to supporting clinicians, benefits include:
