A Day in the Life

The Neurovascular Sales Representative II (NV) provides technical, clinical, educational and sales support to ensure safe adoption and growth of the Medtronic Neurovascular portfolio and future technologies.  Sales Representative NV works closely with implanting teams and Cardio Vascular field organizations to drive procedural and practice success. Position is based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Our Neurovascular operating unit advances treatment of stroke, brain aneurysms, and vascular disorders through innovative endovascular technologies. With devices designed for revascularization, embolization, and precise intervention, we support clinicians in delivering timely, effective care for complex neurovascular conditions.

• Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provide quality technical support to help sites achieve procedural success
• Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge
• Provide education on safe and effective use of Medtronic products 
• Customer Service and Sales Support 
• Ensure comprehensive technical and customer support within territory to maintain superior customer service levels and effective time management 
• Assist with customer management of inventory ordering, shelf stock, and returns 
• Identify, establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision makers, customers and their staff, administrative staff, etc. 
• Maintains a high level of communication with appropriate NV sales and leadership within assigned geography 
• Communicate market intelligence/competitor activity promptly, including potential sales leads, and information regarding product price or account activity to Sales Manager and other appropriate company personnel

 

• Required Knowledge and Experience:

• High School Degree and 4+ years’ experience in a clinical or sales healthcare environment; selling or supporting interventional neuroradiology, vascular or surgical products OR 
• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in a clinical or sales healthcare environment; selling or supporting interventional neuroradiology, vascular or surgical products 
• Experience in medical device sales, focused heavily on interventional stroke procedures  
• Experience selling medical devices in Neurovascular space - preferred
• Ability to travel extensively up to 75% by car and plane. Must have valid driver’s license 
• Language: fluent in Serbian and high proficiency English
