Multimedia Design Associate

You'll join Cohere Health's brand and marketing team, reporting to the Manager of Marketing Operations in India and working closely with the Manager of Corporate Marketing and Design Specialist in the US. You'll design branded digital, multimedia, and offline marketing materials, conceptualizing and creating video, slide decks, presentations, website and social media graphics, and sales collateral that enhance the Cohere Health brand narrative and drive response across marketing channels. You'll contribute to the development of Cohere Health's style and component library, working closely with the US marketing team to ensure consistency across brand designs. You'll stay on top of graphic design trends, monitoring competitors and how they leverage design in their marketing and products. You'll also help tell Cohere's story through video content to connect with audiences and highlight the brand.

Responsibilities

• Design branded digital, multimedia, and offline marketing materials
• Conceptualize and design video, slide decks and presentations, website and social media graphics, and sales collateral
• Contribute to the development of Cohere Health's style and component library
• Work closely with the US marketing team to ensure consistency across brand designs
• Stay on top of graphic design trends
• Monitor competitors and how they leverage design in marketing and products
• Produce multimedia content and help tell Cohere's story through video

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience developing a wide range of marketing communications, either on an in-house team or at a large-scale global agency
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects, communicate effectively with non-design stakeholders, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a strong foundation in fundamental design principles
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, including digital and print
• Experience working within brand and design systems
• Experience collaborating with marketing and other stakeholders
• Fluency in Figma
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Canva, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in healthcare and technology; video production using AI tools
• Process-oriented mindset with an ability to identify opportunities to streamline creative production
• Degree or certification in design and video production
• Demonstrated success in multimedia campaigns
