Job Title: Motion Graphics Artist (2D Infographics Specialist for Live-Action Short
Documentaries)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Artist with expertise in creating 2D
infographics to enhance storytelling in live-action short documentaries (3-5
minutes). The ideal candidate will transform complex data and ideas into visually
engaging graphics, seamlessly integrating them into live-action footage. This role is
critical in crafting compelling branded content for The Better India, combining
creativity and technical expertise to deliver impactful visuals

• Key Responsibilities: Infographic Design & Animation:
  1. Create dynamic 2D infographics and animations that effectively communicate data
  and ideas.
  2. Ensure smooth integration of motion graphics with live-action video content
• Collaboration with Creative Teams: 1. Work closely with editors, directors, and creative leads to align motion graphics with
  project goals.
  2. Contribute creative ideas to enhance storytelling and audience engagement
• Technical Execution: 1. Use tools like Adobe After Effects and Illustrator to design and animate professional
  2D graphics.
  2. Optimize motion graphics for multiple platforms, including social media
• Quality Control: 1. Review animations for accuracy, visual appeal, and seamless transitions.
  2. Ensure all deliverables meet technical and creative standards
• Project Management: 1. Manage timelines effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  2. Incorporate feedback efficiently to deliver final outputs that align with client and
  team expectations
• Qualifications & Skills:  Experience: 3+ years in 2D motion graphics, with a focus on live-action or documentary
  projects.
   Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
   Creative Vision: Strong design skills in layout, typography, and color theory.
   Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to execute projects smoothly.
   Attention to Detail: Ability to produce polished and precise animations.
   Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and project requirements
