MIS EXECUTIVE

Key responsibilities

·         Design, build, and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and tracking
systems using Google Sheets.#fn2 [2]

·         Create and improve Google Sheets-based workflow processes for
operational, inventory, production, and management reporting needs.#fn2 [2]

·         Develop and use Google Apps Script for automation, validation,
reporting flow, and process efficiency improvements.

·         Create dashboards for key business metrics and ensure they remain
updated, accurate, and management-ready.

·         Coordinate with different teams to understand reporting
requirements and convert them into structured MIS systems.

·         Ensure data integrity, reporting consistency, and timely
submission of periodic reports.

·         Analyze numbers and trends to support operational review and
decision-making.

Requirements

Candidate profile

·         Strong practical experience in MIS, reporting, or analytics roles.

·         Thorough knowledge of Google Sheets, including formulas, flow
structuring, linked reporting, and process design.

·         Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script is mandatory.

·         Must be able to create dashboards and maintain them independently.

·         Good understanding of reporting logic, data accuracy, and business
process mapping.
