Key Candidate Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Enterprise application development and modernization experience.

• Understanding of SOA and enterprise application architecture.

• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and microservices.

• Familiarity with cross-cutting concerns including security, authentication/authorization, logging, error handling, monitoring, and resiliency.

• Apigee or other API Gateway/API Management experience is beneficial.

• Experience with legacy application modernization or migration is strongly preferred.

• Comfort working with primarily .NET-based legacy applications, including understanding existing code, business logic, and architecture.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools for code analysis, migration, development, testing, documentation, and engineering productivity.

• Proactive, ownership-oriented candidates who are willing to learn new technologies and business domains.
