The Medical Coding Manager will join a revenue cycle management team focused on coding quality, coding compliance, and denial resolution support. The team partners closely with operational and client-facing groups to help improve coding accuracy, reduce rework, and support timely reimbursement outcomes. This role contributes to a team environment that values accountability, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
We are looking for a
to join our team within the Technology Enabled Services organization. In this role, you will support medical coding operations that help ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and timely delivery of coding services for clients.
You will lead daily coding activities across front-end coding and denials coding workflows, while supporting quality, productivity, and consistency across the team. The ideal candidate brings experience in a healthcare revenue cycle management environment, a strong understanding of coding standards, and the ability to guide work in a fast-paced setting.
This role is well suited for someone who can balance operational oversight with hands-on problem solving, communicate clearly across teams, and use sound judgment to support accurate coding outcomes. You will also help strengthen workflow efficiency, support team development, and contribute to process improvements.
