Mechanical Designer Engineer

• TYPICAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design & Engineering of Equipment in Hydrometallurgy, Smelting, SAP & GC, Metals &Minerals area.

• Preparation of Equipment 3D Models and Detail Drawings with BOM

• Should be able to understand the scope of work, technical requirements/specifications, Project documentation before commencement of work

• Engage with EDM database & Enovia PLM tool

• ECN, ECR and as built changes.

• Preparation of Equipment General Arrangement drawings

• Preparing MOM, Maintaining tracker and coordination.

• Raising Technical queries.

• Relevant experience:

8 to12years

of experience in Design & Engineering of Equipment in industries such as Metals, Minerals, Mining, Chemicals, Power & Cement.

• Experience in Design &Engineering of equipment such as Tanks, Furnaces, Crushers, Feeders, Ball Mills, Hoppers, Silos, Chutes is preferred.

• In depth Knowledge of Fabrication & Manufacturing process.

• Well verse with ISO, DIN, IS, ANSI & ASME standards.

• Proficient in ASME Y14.5 (GD&T).

• Experience working with Global Clients is an added advantage.

Requirements

• Educational qualifications& Skills:

• B.E in Mechanical from a reputed University

• Knowledge in Solid Works, Autodesk Inventor, EDM/PDM, Vault, PLM - ENOVIA

• Engineering and Design knowledge

• Excellent Interpersonal skills
