Key Responsibilities

• Create

3D models & engineering drawings

using Siemens NX, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD

• Perform

CAE analysis (FEA/CFD)

using ANSYS/Abaqus/SolidWorks Simulation

• Design components for

CNC/VMC machining

and ensure manufacturability

• Support

prototyping, testing, and validation

of designs

• Conduct

design reviews

and improve performance & durability

• Collaborate with

production, QA, and vendors

for smooth execution

• Maintain

design documentation and simulation reports

Requirements

• Proficiency in

Siemens NX / SolidWorks / AutoCAD

• Experience with

ANSYS / Abaqus / SolidWorks Simulation

• Strong fundamentals in

mechanics, strength of materials, and structural analysis

• Knowledge of

CNC/VMC processes and machine shop practices

• Understanding of

materials and manufacturing processes

• Exposure to

UAV/Aerospace or 3D printing

is a plus
