MARKETTING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and retain existing customers. Design and implement marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, email, and social media, ensuring alignment with Finovest’s objectives and target audience. Brand Development and Positioning Oversee the development and management of the Finovest brand, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and maintain the company’s brand voice and identity. Content Creation and Management Lead content development for all marketing materials including blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, case studies, white papers, and website content. Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and resonates with target demographics. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition Identify and implement lead-generation tactics that convert potential leads into clients, focusing on both B2B and B2C opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and target markets. Market Research and Competitive Analysis Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors' strategies. Analyze and report on competitors’ marketing activities and adapt Finovest’s strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Event Management Plan and manage corporate events, webinars, and seminars aimed at promoting Finovest's services and expanding the company’s client base. Coordinate speaking engagements and sponsorship opportunities that enhance the brand’s credibility. Analytics and Reporting Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools. Provide regular reports on marketing performance and ROI to senior leadership and recommend optimizations. Budget Management Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget and resources are allocated effectively. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, customer support) to ensure alignment of marketing activities with company-wide objectives. Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing-related initiatives and communications.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Experience:

5+ years of

experience

in marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Experience

in the financial services or investment industry is preferred.

Skills:

Proven

experience

in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing). Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.). Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
