Marketing strategist

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Develop and drive the strategy of the talent enhancement vertical
 Drive the profitability and efficiency of projects
 Identify and leverage growth opportunities, both organic and inorganic
 Define the scope, goals, and deliverables of each project
 Develop, track and monitor budgets of each project; implement course corrections, if required
 Monitor deliverables across projects; report on progress to relevant stakeholders
 Coordinate with internal/external resources for flawless execution
 Identify and mitigate potential risks across projects
 Identify talent enhancement opportunities within the organisation and develop skill building initiatives

Our Marketing Strategist works with founding teams and is responsible for designing campaigns that drive profitability and growth of the project/brand.

 A post-graduate, preferably, with experience of working on a marketing project
 Excellent understanding of the marketing mix
 Ability to understand the target market and its dynamics
 Creative genius, with a penchant for out-of- box thinking
