Marketing Project Manager Associate

• To build and execute cohesive marketing strategies spanning digital, social media, PR, influencer marketing, and on-ground promotions.
• To manage relationships with PR agencies, influencers, content creators, media partners, and promotional vendors.
• To conceptualize and execute on-ground promotional activities, listening sessions, launch events, college activations, and experiential campaigns when required
• To monitor campaign performance, audience insights, and market trends in order to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• To ensure stronger visibility and commercial impact for releases in an increasingly competitive music landscape.
• To bring dedicated ownership and accountability to the label’s overall marketing and promotional efforts.
• To ensure timely planning, coordination, and execution of release campaigns across internal and external stakeholders.

Malayalam language proficiency is preferred to enable stronger communication, regional market understanding, media outreach, and culturally relevant campaign execution within the south indian music ecosystem.

Prior experience in media, entertainment, music, or related creative industries is preferred to ensure familiarity with fast-paced campaign environments, artist-led marketing, and audience-driven content strategies
