Symphony, India’s first large-scale Voice AI conference, in Bengaluru this November
- and this is just the beginning. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help build how Bolna shows up in the market.
The Role
You’ll own Bolna’s day-to-day marketing across
content, creative, social, campaigns, and analytics
.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll write posts, create graphics, edit videos, ship campaigns, support events, track performance, and use data to decide what we should do next.
You’ll work closely with founders and teams across the company to turn ideas, product launches, events, and stories into content that gets attention and drives engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Bolna’s social presence across LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels.
- Write, create, and publish high-quality content across formats.
- Design graphics, social creatives, presentations, and campaign assets using tools like Figma and Canva.
- Edit short-form videos, product clips, event content, and other visual assets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns around product launches, events, announcements, and company milestones.
- Own creative and marketing execution for
Symphony
and future events.
- Maintain a consistent and distinctive Bolna brand voice across channels.
- Track content and campaign performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Build dashboards and reports to understand what is working, what isn't, and why.
- Experiment with new content formats, channels, and distribution strategies.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing output.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing, content, brand, social, or growth roles.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong visual sense and ability to create polished creatives independently.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as
Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar
.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and content formats.
- Comfortable working with marketing analytics and performance data.
- Fast-moving, highly organised, and execution-oriented.
- Strong ownership - you don't wait for a brief to start creating.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Curious about AI, technology, and new ways of creating and distributing content.
