Job Description

About Edmingle Edmingle is an AI-powered LMS purpose-built for professional training and skilling businesses. We serve upskilling companies, certification institutes, vocational training academies, universities and businesses running structured training programs - the operators who run outcome-driven programs at scale. We're a lean, high-ownership team building serious infrastructure for India's training economy. Our product goes beyond content delivery - it automates training operations, drives learner engagement, and brings AI into the core of how training businesses run and grow. If you've ever wanted to work somewhere where your work visibly moves the needle, this is it. Role Overview We're looking for a Marketing Manager who will own the day-to-day marketing function at Edmingle — from website and landing pages to paid media coordination, content, product marketing, and sales enablement. This is an individual contributor role with real ownership, not a task-executor role. You'll work directly with our founder. This role is for someone who thrives on variety, is genuinely curious, and gets things done without needing a playbook handed to them.

What You'll Do

As the owner of Edmingle's marketing function, you'll work across the full GTM stack. Here's what the role covers: Website and positioning — Own the messaging, structure, and content of our website and landing pages. Brief the design and development teams, and ensure every page is built with buyer intent and conversion in mind. Content and social — Drive Edmingle's content engine: company LinkedIn, Instagram, long-form SEO content, and customer stories. You'll brief the designer, work with AI tools to scale production, and ensure everything is connected to our ICP and positioning. Product marketing and sales enablement — Translate product releases into crisp customer communication. Build and maintain the materials the sales team needs — decks, battle-cards, objection-handling guides, and product videos. Marketing operations — Own the marketing pipeline: lead tracking, demo funnel health, weekly performance reporting, and coordination with engineering on lead qualification. Plan and run events, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives. Performance marketing — Coordinate day-to-day with our external agency across paid search, social, and SEO. You'll be an informed, demanding client — reviewing briefs, questioning assumptions, and holding the agency accountable to outcomes.

Requirements

What We're Looking For Must-haves 4–7 years of B2B SaaS or EdTech marketing experience, ideally at a growth startup. Has personally managed a performance marketing agency — can review a campaign brief, flag weak copy, and question targeting logic with confidence Has done real content work: written copy, briefed designers, managed a content calendar — not just overseen it Strong written English — can write a social posts, a landing page headline, and a sales one-liner that actually land Knowledge of SEO and GEO. Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads — not to run campaigns solo, but to be informed and demanding. Has used AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) seriously as a work accelerator across research, content, and analysis Comfortable in HubSpot: contacts, forms, lifecycle stages, and basic reporting Has coordinated with designers and web developers and knows how to write a proper brief A quick, self-directed learner — when given something new, researches best practices, builds a plan, and executes without hand-holding Nice-to-haves Prior

experience

at a vertical SaaS selling to SMBs, training businesses, or educational institutions — understands buyer language instinctively Has

experience

Benefits

What You'll Get Direct working relationship with the founder — you'll have full context on the business, not just your slice of it Real ownership from day one — you make decisions and see their impact on pipeline A product that's genuinely differentiated in a market full of generic LMS tools Exposure to the full B2B SaaS GTM motion — paid, organic, content, product marketing, and events — all in one role A culture that rewards initiative, moves fast, and has no patience for unnecessary processes Room to grow into senior Marketing roles as the company scales
