In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing global team of process engineers, lean specialists, Test Engineers and automation architects dedicated to the standardization and optimization of complex, high-variation manufacturing environments. You will bridge the gap between lean leadership and digital transformation, evolving manual-heavy workflows into a standardized, "smart" global network while ensuring world-class safety and zero-defect customer quality.
