Position Title: Manager - Warehouse Infrastructure, Commercials & Sourcing Job Location: Corporate Office - Chennai

Key Objective of this Role: Plan, develop, and maintain warehouse infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency Evaluate and select 3PL partners based on service capabilities and cost-effectiveness Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance, and compliance Negotiate contracts and commercials with suppliers and service providers Monitor warehouse construction, layout design, and equipment installation Oversee sourcing strategies to ensure timely procurement of materials and services Ensure 3PL operations meet quality, cost, and delivery benchmarks Analyze cost structures and implement cost-saving initiatives across warehouse operations Conduct periodic vendor audits and risk assessments to ensure reliability and compliance Coordinate cross-functional teams to align infrastructure and sourcing plans with business goals

Requirements

Strong knowledge of warehouse infrastructure design and optimization Expertise in 3PL operations and contract management Proven

skills

in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management Commercial acumen with cost analysis and budgeting capabilities Project management and cross-functional coordination

skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities MS Excel & MS Word and E Mail Communication

Skills

Should have excellent computer knowledge to effectively utilize inventory management systems, generate reports, and optimize warehouse operations using software and technology. Language
