Manager, Structured Finance

is responsible for quarterbacking the execution of capital raises, including project finance debt, project equity, tax equity, and hybrid corporate / project capital funding structures. The role will drive diligence, manage transaction workstreams and documentation, and keep financings on schedule from structuring through financial close while maintaining high standards of technical rigor, commercial outcomes, and execution quality.

Reporting to the Director, Structured Finance, this role will lead a team of Associates and Analysts and serve as the day-to-day execution lead on or more concurrent transactions, managing diligence, documentation, and closing mechanics directly with lenders, investors, and advisors. This is a hands-on execution role for a highly organized, detail-oriented finance professional with a proven ability to manage complex infrastructure financings end-to-end and maintain momentum across negotiations, documentation, and closing timelines.
