Overview:
The PCB division develops and supports two major product lines AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and AOS (Automated Optical Shaping). These products span multiple generations of technology, including C++ based systems, Java‑based applications, and modern Web UI front‑ends used across different platforms.
The SW & SQE Manager will play a key role in establishing and scaling our new India engineering group, ensuring strong quality practices, impactful automation, and tight alignment with global R&D.
Mission: Build and lead a hybrid team - Manual QA, Automation, and SW Dev(second phase) to accelerate quality and delivery for PCB software
Key responsibilities:
Hire,, and develop an 8‑person+ team in phases; set clear OKRs and quality KPIs
Establish SQE processes (test plans, regression suites, defect triage, release readiness)
Stand up/own an automation framework and CI integration for nightly and pre‑release gates
Partner closely with PCB R&D (Yavne) on tooling, environments, and standards
Drive cross‑site execution, status reporting, and executive‑level communication
Vendor/partner coordination (e.g., lab access, tooling, external test support)
