Job Description
As Fleet Direct Deployment Head at Revfin, you will lead and scale the direct deployment operations of our electric 2W, 3W and 4W fleet. This pivotal role focuses on maximizing fleet utilization, ensuring seamless end-to-end deployment, and nurturing critical relationships across the EV ecosystem—from OEMs and operators to drivers and platform partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Deployment & Operations: Manage and optimize the entire fleet lifecycle—deployment planning, route mapping, asset tracking, turnaround times, and downtime reduction for EV 2W & 3W vehicles. OEM Synergy & Service Coordination: Develop deep partnerships with vehicle OEMs to ensure uninterrupted supply, after-sales service, and efficient spare parts management. Operator & Driver Ecosystem Development: Build and maintain a high-engagement network of fleet operators, DCOs, and drivers through structured supply programs, onboarding, and performance incentives. Platform Partnerships: Drive onboarding of fleet supply with major platforms like Porter, Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, etc., ensuring adherence to SLAs and category-fit

(e.g., L3 cargo). Procurement & Vendor Management: Own sourcing strategy for EVs and associated infrastructure, ensuring cost-effective, scalable procurement and vendor performance. Customer & Key Account Management: Manage high-value partnerships and customers, focusing on service continuity, performance metrics, and long-term retention. Tech & Process Enablement: Collaborate with product/tech teams to develop operational dashboards, route optimization tools, and vehicle diagnostic platforms to enable intelligent decision-making. Success Metrics: High fleet utilization (>85%) Low downtime and high TAT adherence Rapid deployment to revenue conversion cycles SLA compliance with partner platforms Driver/operator satisfaction and retention
Requirements
5–12 years of
experience
in EV operations, last-mile logistics, or mobility fleet management Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional fleet programs or partnerships Strong vendor/OEM negotiation

Deep understanding of the EV ecosystem and logistics SaaS platforms Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
