1. Core Responsibilities (All Levels)

• Regional Collaboration: Partner with GOC regional teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

• Work Delivery & Quality: Enforce DV360/TrueView best practices and maintain high output quality.

• Team Development: Lead local team training, performance feedback, coaching, and recognition.

• Operational Management: Manage resource capacity planning, workflow troubleshooting, and team escalations.

• Communication: Maintain strong, effective communication across all organizational levels.

1. Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform (

DV360, CM, GA360

) and top AdTech/MarTech tools.

• Campaign Execution: Hands-on experience with local programmatic players and measurement providers.

• Strategy & Pitching: Skilled in programmatic strategy, preparing client decks, and participating in new business pitches.

• Background: Prior experience in a media agency, trading desk, or programmatic tech partner.

• Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
