4. Surveillance & Technology Deployment
- Oversee CCTV systems, access control systems, boom barriers, RFID and other surveillance tools
- Drive digital transformation in plant security (AI-enabled surveillance, analytics, etc.)
- Ensure uptime, monitoring, and continuous improvement of security technologies
5. Incident Management

6. Contractor & Manpower Management

7. Stakeholder Coordination
Plant Head, Operations, EHS, HR, Stores, and Logistics
for integrated security governance

8. Crisis & Emergency Management

- Conduct mock drills and ensure preparedness across teams
- Graduate / Postgraduate (preferred in Security / Industrial Management / Defence background)
- 10–15 years of experience in
plant/industrial security operations
, preferably in manufacturing (solar, metals, heavy engineering, etc.)
- Prior experience in handling
large-scale plant security at remote locations (like Mundra)
- Ex-Army / Paramilitary / Police background preferred
