Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Rating to join our Operations department at our Hyderabad headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in rating and evaluation processes. The Manager Rating will be responsible for overseeing the rating operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the rating process, and providing strategic guidance to improve overall performance

• Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the rating operations, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the rating process

- Develop and implement rating policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to improve overall performance and achieve business objectives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of rating processes with other departments

- Monitor and analyze rating data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

- Train and mentor rating team members to enhance their skills and performance

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in rating and evaluation processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Finance, or Economics

- 6-10 years of experience in a rating or evaluation role

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Proven track record of driving results and achieving business objectives

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
