• Role Overview: The person will be a part of the marketing execution and analytics team for major US BFSI client Responsible for the strategic implementation and optimization of the Marketo platform to drive marketing efficiency and effectiveness. Assist in learning and development of new team members Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives Key Responsibilities: · Campaign Execution: Developing and executing complex marketing campaigns using Marketo's features. Creating and managing email templates, landing pages, and forms. A/B testing and campaign optimization. · Lead Management: Designing and implementing lead scoring and nurturing programs. Managing lead lifecycle stages and qualification processes. Integrating Marketo with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for lead handoff. · Data Management and Analytics: Ensuring data accuracy and consistency within Marketo. Leveraging Marketo's analytics capabilities to measure campaign performance. Generating reports and insights to inform marketing strategy. · Adhere to project deliverables and controls · Excellent written and verbal communication skills Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics 6-10 years’ experience, preferably in Digital marketing using Adobe Marketo Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integration with Marketo.
