• Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic

Marketing Manager

with a strong background in

hospitality marketing

to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across our hospitality and wellness verticals.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

integrated marketing strategies

for hospitality projects (resorts, spas, wellness centers).

• Plan and manage

online & offline campaigns

including digital marketing, social media, print, and events.

• Drive

lead generation campaigns

for resort bookings, memberships, and experiential offerings.

• Manage

brand positioning and communication

aligned with luxury and wellness segments.

• Collaborate with

sales teams

to support conversions through targeted campaigns.

• Oversee

agency management

(creative, digital, PR).

• Plan and execute

events, launches, and promotional activities

.

• Monitor and analyze

campaign performance (ROI, conversions, traffic)

.

• Handle

content strategy

including website, social media, and marketing collaterals.

• Manage

budget planning and allocation

for marketing activities.

• Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

5–10 years of experience

in marketing within

hospitality/hotels/resorts/wellness industry

.

• Strong exposure to

digital marketing, performance marketing, and brand campaigns

.

• Experience in handling

luxury or premium segment marketing

is highly preferred.

• Good understanding of

customer journey in hospitality (booking to experience)

.

• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
