Manager

• Manager Digital Marketing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and PPC campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Manage and improve content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Requirements

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
  • Knowledge of web design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Google Analytics and Google AdWords certification preferred.
  • HubSpot or other marketing automation certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
