Manager - Marketing (Field Sales)

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field / Offline Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors and healthcare brands. The ideal candidate will visit clinics and hospitals, promote our services, and drive lead generation for our clients and STRATIST.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit doctors, clinics, and healthcare centers to promote STRATIST’s services. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals. Generate qualified leads and achieve monthly lead targets. Identify new partnership opportunities within the healthcare segment. Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities, tie-ups, and brand awareness campaigns. Coordinate with the internal marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover. Collect feedback from doctors & brands and report market trends to management. Represent STRATIST professionally during client interactions and events.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of

experience

in field marketing, sales, or business development (preferably in healthcare, pharma, or medical marketing). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple relationships effectively. Comfortable with daily field visits and travel. Fluency in English and local language. Preferred:

Experience

working with doctors, clinics, or hospitals. Knowledge of healthcare marketing and lead generation processes.

Compensation: Up to 30,000/- Monthly Salary. Performance-based incentives.
