Manager - M&A and Transactions

Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including client, team management and successful completion of assignments.

Analysis of financials and other corporate documents, understand the requirements, making right strategy of structuring including merger, demerger, sale/hive-off etc.

Prepare and present detailed financial analyses and plans for senior management and stakeholders.

Work closely with the valuation tean and legal team at various stages of the transaction,

Ensure internal process and SOP and also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Support post-merger integration efforts, ensuring strategic objectives are achieved and value is maximized.

Develop and maintain relationships with cleints for future business.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting M&A activities.

Strong financial and analytical skills.

In-depth knowledge of the Indian regulatory environment related to M&A and corporate transactions.

Excellent communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
