SailPoint is the leading AI-driven identity security platform delivering autonomous governance to secure the modern enterprise. We provide unified security across the human fabric (employees, contractors, partners) and the emerging agentic/non-human fabric (autonomous AI agents, machine identities, service accounts). 

 

Within SailPoint’s Identity Maturity Acceleration (IMA) organization, the Manager, Agentic Identity Acceleration is a high-impact, client-facing growth role designed for an ambitious, humble, and technically grounded professional ready to step into practice leadership. 

 

In this customer-facing role, you will partner with our elite Technical Advisors (TAs) to guide enterprise clients through modern identity governance, AI agent security, and maturity acceleration using the SailPoint Agentic Fabric and SailPoint Atlas. This role offers a clear path to develop your executive advisory presence, lead strategic client programs, and grow into a full-scale practice leader. 

 

 

 

What You Will Do

 

Client Advisory & Program Acceleration (60%) 

 

• Executive Partnership & Steering Committees: Partner with client IAM leaders, CISOs, and enterprise stakeholders to run steering committees, track program milestones, and communicate business value across human and agentic identity programs. 

• Support & Amplify Technical Advisors: Work hand-in-hand with designated Technical Advisors on key enterprise accounts—handling engagement planning, stakeholder alignment, and operational health so the TA can lead technical architecture with CISOs and AI Officers. 

• Maturity Framework Guidance: Help clients assess and progress along the Identity Maturity Acceleration (IMA) curve, moving from foundational governance (Horizons 1–2) toward advanced, automated security (Horizons 4–5). 

• Engagement Health & Scope Governance: Monitor delivery health, identify risks early, and coordinate with Delivery Partners and System Integrators to ensure engagements stay on track and deliver on contracted outcomes. 

• GTM & Scoping Collaboration: Work alongside Sales, Sales Engineering, and Agentic Technology Specialists (ATS) to assist in scoping Advisory and Delivery Assurance proposals.

   

Practice Development & Growth (40%) 

 

• Mentorship & Team Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day engagement assignments, mentor junior team members, and foster a collaborative, high-trust team culture. 

• AI-Augmented Operational Learning: Eagerly adopt and test internal AI accelerators (e.g., Harbor Pilot), automated workflows, and agentic tools to make practice reporting and status tracking faster and more efficient. 

• Field Insights Feedback: Gather feedback and emerging use cases from client interactions to help Product and GTM teams refine our Agentic Fabric offerings. 

• Continuous Personal Development: Actively seek coaching from senior leadership to expand your executive presence, C-level communication, and commercial acumen.

   

 

Who You Are (Qualifications & Mindset)

• Hungry, Humble & Curious: You bring strong self-awareness, low ego, and high intellectual curiosity. You love learning new technologies (especially AI and identity) and are eager to prove yourself in a leadership capacity. 

• Experience Baseline: 5 –10+ years of progressive experience in IAM/IGA, Cybersecurity consulting, Technical Account Management, or SaaS Professional Services. 

• Technical & Domain Foundation: Solid foundational knowledge of Identity Governance, access lifecycles (JML), cloud security, and an eager appetite to master Non-Human Identities (NHI) and autonomous AI agent concepts. 

• Consultative Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead structured client meetings, present project findings clearly, and navigate stakeholder expectations. 

• Project & Delivery Organization: Demonstrated experience managing multiple client projects, tracking deliverables, mitigating risks, and maintaining engagement momentum. 

• Leadership Potential: Prior experience informally mentoring peers, leading project squads, or acting as a lead consultant, with a clear desire to grow into people management.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
