About the Role
 
As an integral part of the HR CoE Team, this role will be instrumental in elevating Meesho's culture. The role will be at the forefront of identifying and addressing critical challenges that impact the employee experience, implementing innovative policy and process solutions. The role will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our eNPS and Talent Density charters. This role demands a user-centric mindset, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver impactful results. The role will have frequent opportunities to interact with leadership, ensuring the work directly contributes to shaping the company's future.
