Manager – Accounting & Compliance (Domestic & FCRA)

• Department:  Finance & Accounts

• Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

 

accounting for domestic and FCRA transactions

 in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Maintain accounting records in Tally/ERP in line with accounting principles.

• Monitor

 

fund utilization and project-wise accounting

, including CSR and donor-funded projects.

• Ensure compliance with

 

TDS, GST, and Income Tax provisions applicable to NGOs

.

• Assist in preparation and filing of

 

GST returns, GST reconciliation, and annual GST return

.

• Support filing of

 

Income Tax Return (ITR) of the organization

.

• Maintain records related to CSR funds, donor grants, and project expenditures.

• Ensure proper accounting treatment for

 

labour law compliances and statutory deductions

.

• Assist in statutory, internal, and donor audit documentation.

• Maintain financial documentation and compliance records for regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Knowledge of NGO accounting, CSR funds, and fund utilization tracking

• Familiarity with FCRA accounting and compliance

• Experience with GST returns, GST reconciliation, and TDS compliance

• Knowledge of Income Tax provisions applicable to NGOs

• Working knowledge of Tally and Excel
